    When is Customer Service available?

    SABON Customer Service is available Monday through Friday Monday - Friday: 9am to 6pm (Sydney time), excluding Australian public holidays.

    I live outside of the Australia, may I place an order?

    Unfortunately, at this time, we only offer shipping services within Australia. We understand that our products may be of interest to individuals outside of Australia, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have friends or family residing within Australia, you may consider having them place an order on your behalf and then arrange for a separate shipment or delivery method to your location. Please feel free to reach out to our customer support if you have any questions or need further assistance.

    How do I track my order?

    Australia Post is the primary shipping carrier used by SABON Australia. Once your order is processed and shipped you will receive an e-mail with the tracking details of your shipment.

    How do I exchange or return an item?

    We will happily exchange your order for something else. Please fill in Exchange and return order form here for our review. Our Customer Service Team (cs.sabonau@bluebellgroup.com) will inform you on return and exchange confirmation and the address of where to return the goods within 30 days of purchase. Any goods received without a completed refund & exchange form will not be processed. Products must be unused and returned to us undamaged. We do not cover the additional shipping costs.

    What should I do if I received a damaged item?

    If you have received a damaged item from SABON, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. To assist you promptly, we kindly request that you follow these steps:

    1.Documentation: Please take clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. These photos will be required as proof of damage for any claim.

    2.Contact Us: Send an email to our customer support team at cs.sabonau@bluebellgroup.com, detailing the issue and attaching the photos you've taken. Please include your order number and contact information.

    Once we receive your email, our customer support team will review your case and get back to you as soon as possible to assist with the resolution. We aim to make the process as smooth as possible for you.

    We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us address the issue of a damaged item, and we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.

    Does SABON offer gift-wrapping services for online purchases?

    There are no additional gift wrapping services offered for online purchases, any product with native packaging will not receive gift-wrapping. (i:e: body scrub, shower oil, body lotion, etc.)

    Do I have to return the free gift I received with my order if I return the qualifying purchase item or am below the spending threshold?

    GWP must be returned with your order if threshold is not met, otherwise the value of the GWP will be deducted from your refund.

    Does Sabon have brick and mortar locations?

    Coming in 2024! SABON is excited to announce that we will be opening brick and mortar locations in 2024.     How to use the Shower Oil?

    Pour a quarter size of the Shower Oil on a washcloth, loofah, or directly in your hand and rub on wet skin to make it lather. Avoid getting the Shower Oil in your eyes. For optimum results and relaxation, we recommend using the Shower Oil in combination with one of our body scrubs and body lotions.

    How to use the Body Scrub?

    Apply a scoop full of the Body Scrub on wet skin in a circular motion to remove dead skin cells, moving towards the heart center. For optimum results and relaxation, we recommend using the Body Scrub 3 times a week in combination with one of our shower oisl and body lotions.

    How to use the 2 in 1 Face Polisher?

    Apply a penny size of the 2 in 1 Face Polisher on wet skin in a circular motion to remove dead skin cells. The gentle formula is safe for daily use, providing exfoliation without stripping the skin.

    Is the Repair Body Cream suitable for dry/oily/sensitive skin?

    The formula for the Repair Body Cream makes this product suitable for all skins. However, we recommend this product to individuals with dry skin. The lightweight vegan formula is infused with the perfect balance of skin superfood shea butter and botanicals to make it the best body cream for dry skin.

    How to best apply the Repair Body Cream?

    We recommend applying the Repair Body Cream after a shower or bath, on clean exfoliated skin.

    Are samples of SABON products available?

    Yes, at SABON, we love to provide our customers with the opportunity to experience our products firsthand. When available, we include samples of our products with online orders to allow you to explore and enjoy our offerings

    Do SABON products contain (ingredient/preservative/allergen)?

    No, we take pride in the quality of the ingredients we use in our formulas.

    Are Sabon products vegan?

    Yes! All SABON products are completely Vegan.

    Does Sabon use animal products / animal testing during product formulation?

    No! SABON is committed to create products from natural ingredients from our Planet, without any kind of animal testing.

    Do Sabon products have an expiration date?

    Some do and will be marked as such.

    Does Sabon soap contain microplastics?

    No, SABON soaps, or any other products contain microplastic. We are committed to create products that are made of natural ingredients, sustainable and vegan.

    How are Sabon ingredients / scents chosen?

    What is the best way to store Sabon products?

    If not used immediately, we recommend storing our products in a dry environment, away from extreme temperatures and from direct sunlight.
